RANGPUR, April 8 (BSS) - Authorities of Northern Private Medical College and Hospital (NPMCH) distributed corrugated iron (CI) sheets to the victim families affected by a fire incident here Saturday afternoon.

Director (Public Relations) of NPMCH Afzal Hossain distributed the CI sheets at a ceremony organized at the homesteads of the victim families in Ghaghotpara village under Darshona union of Sadar upazila.

Local elite including Dr Rabiul Islam, businessmen Momdel Hossain Babu, Yakub Ali and public representatives were present.

Several houses with huge goods were gutted in a devastating fire in Ghaghotpara village in the small hours last March 30 forcing the victim families to live under the open sky.
