NARAIL, April 9 (BSS) - A traditional horse racing competition was held with much enthusiasm and fanfare at Jurolia maidan under the sadar upazila of the district yesterday.

A total of 15 horses from different parts of the district took part in the competition.

The organizers sources said that thousands of people from the adjacent districts attended the venue to witness the contest.

The horse of Kala Mollah of Malidanga village secured the first position while Kalam Mollah of same village became the second in the competition.
